Chinese President Xi Jinping stated at the BRICS summit that the WORLD IS undergoing a historic transformation, marked by the rise of the Global South and the end of the monopoly held by a small group of powers over international institutions and rules. He presented BRICS as the primary cooperation platform for emerging economies and called on members to act as a vanguard force for the new multipolar order.
